1. The current competition finishes on the 31h of October 2010
2. This competition is open to all agents selling package holidays on the basis of Accommodation and flight and who are residents of the UK aged 18 or over
3. Entry to the competition is via www.moroccochampions-trade.com by following the indicated links and instructions to complete the registration.
4. The current competition is restricted to one entry per person.
5. The Moroccan National Tourist Office will set up a committee to oversee the running of the competition including the selection of the winners
6. The winners will be selected from all entries received by the above closing date. Successful agents will be chosen from those who sold the highest number of package holidays with a minimum of 10 packages to Morocco by closing date.
7. The winners will be ranked by the number of package holidays sold to Morocco at the closing date. In the event of tie, winners will be ranked randomly.
8. The winners may be asked to demonstrate by any mean, the number of packages sold to Morocco during the time of the competition.
9. The Moroccan tourist board committee decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified in November 2010.
11. Any person registering or trying to register for the competition and does not comply with the above entry conditions will be disqualified from participating in this competition.
12. Prizes contain the following :
- Prize (1) – three nights stays for two in a five-star hotel in Marrakech on half board basis including return flights
- A four week notice will be required for the Moroccan National Tourist Office to arrange the trip.
- Holiday prizes are not valid during bank holidays and off peak seasons
- Prize (2) – three nights stay for two in a five-star hotel in Agadir on half board basis including return flights
- A four week notice will be required for the Moroccan National Tourist Office to arrange the trip.
- Holiday prizes are not valid during bank holidays and off peak seasons
- Prize (3) – 1 LCD TV
- Prize (4) – 1 Blue Ray DVD Player
- Prize (5)- 1 IPOD
14. As part of the terms and conditions of entering the competition, the agent agrees to be kept informed by email or post, about the competition, MNTO events, and Morocco products.
15. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Moroccan National Tourist Office and accordingly the MNTO may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the MNTO as a result thereof
16. The prize draw is organized and promoted by the Moroccan National Tourist Office
