Registration
Q : I have not received the email with my log in details
A: Please make sure that your email box is not full and that the email has not been transferred to the (junk E-mail folder). Otherwise, click on (lost password) in the agent identification central frame and enter your email address used for registration. If within the next hour you have not received anything, please send an email to info@morocco-tourism.org.uk with your full name and telephone number and someone will contact you to provide you with further information.
Q : I lost my password
A: click on the (lost password) in the agent identification central frame and enter your email address used for registration. A new password will be sent to you by email.
Q : I cannot register more than one person per travel agency
E-training
A: You have to register by logging with the password sent by email. Click on my account section and then my information.
The list of modules available is displayed along with your score and the results obtained in each module. Click on the module you wish to complete.
Important: To access the E-Training, you have to allow the opening of window popups for the www.moroccochampions-trade.com website. Your computer must be equipped with pluggin Flash player
Q : Can I navigate inside the E-Training module?
A: One can go forward and backward but not directly to a particular chapter
Q : Can I stop in the middle of a module?
A: Yes as your progress is automatically saved thus, allowing you to restart where you first stopped.
Quiz
All modules finish with a quiz of 10 questions on the content of the E. Training.
Important: Once you click on the (start quiz) option toward the end of the module, one cannot retake the module again, hence, it is absolutely important to answer the 10 questions and validate in order to save the result.
My sales
As part of your participation to the Morocco challenge (see details), you are kindly requested to enter your sales in the (My account) section.
Q : How can I enter my sales?
A: Log in and go to (my account) and then (my sales). Click on (add a sale). The form is sample: Number of persons, departure date, and duration of stay, destination, and name of Tour operator. Please make sure to submit in order to register your sale.
